I didn’t read the product information as well as I should have before I ordered this lamp and I expected a small cute light, I was wrong !

This lamp weighs 2 pounds and .5 ounces, it stands up and does not tip over, the base is solid and the interior is open to hold your supplies too. Just to give you an idea, it will hold 45 colored pencils, or 24 ultra-fine point sharpies.

This lamp uses a cord with an attached AC adaptor and is not rechargeable it must be plugged into a socket to work. Its cord is 6 foot long.

1. This is a large lamp with 4 bright white, brightness settings for the lamp, bright white light is perfect for arts and crafts as bright white light allows you to easily see each color and shade clearly even at night.

2. The cute side glow leaf has two brightness settings and this smaller translucent green leaf glows a soft green that is perfect for use as a night light.

3. The base stands 5 ¼ inches tall and has a bottom diameter of 5 inches.

4. The large lamp is adjustable so you can get the light just where you need it. The lamp's head rotates up to an angle of 270 degrees, the arm can be adjusted up to 150 degrees horizontally and 180 degrees vertically. The small green leaf is stationary.

5. This light also incorporates 6 touch control buttons located on the front of the base for ease in operating this lamp.

6. With the light straight up this lamp is 27 ½ inches tall, the stem rises 10 ½ inches above the base and the light has a 7 ½ inch light bar.

7. This light is perfect for a desk or side table when coloring in a lounge chair. It also would make a wonderful bed side lamp for reading and using as a night light.

This is a well made lamp and/or night light, it is larger than you would think and must be plugged in with it's 6' cord to work.
